Space, the Final Frontier

The Sokols came through town on their way to California. We used our Pogo Passes to take Anna and Juju to the Springs Preserve. They had a traveling NASA exhibit, that was a lot of fun. We tried a flight simulator,

wore NASA jumpsuits, 

  

and looked around the shuttle model. Seth sat on the toilet and Juju check out Earth from the big windows,

  

We went to the ORIGINS museum and Juju who is obsessed with foxes, got to see a stuffed fox and a REAL fox, that was sleeping.

  

The flash flood room is always a favorite and we always get a picture with the statues.

 

Seth loves the recycling center.

 

We also went to the new Las Vegas Museum.

That night my kids watched the younger cousins, so the grownups could go to dinner. We went to Lola's, a Cajun place. I loved the crab cakes!
