Hummel had their Field Day. I ran one of the stations and played in the 5th Grade vs Teacher Kickball game. As always - we won!
I'm a sucker and volunteered to be in a pie eating contest (we had to fish gummy worms out of whipped cream) for a testing kick off assembly. I lost to Ms. O'Brien by 2 seconds.

Seth and I went to Wally's Woody Birthday Party. They had it at the same park and played some of the same games as Seth's 5th birthday. It was fun to remember and Wally is so cute and sweet.

We were able to attend Rory's blessing. All the uncles were asked to be in the circle, but when the time came, Ryan was out having a bathroom emergency. Pretty funny!

We got Moviepass cards and can go to as many movies as we want for $9.99 a month. We go to movies all the time now. We went to Ready Player One with some of the Book Club ladies and the husbands. We also took the kids to see A Quiet Place. I cried both times.

Tamanah, Khloe, Sehjevir, and Thomas were my Battle of the Books Team this year. They called themselves The Bookinators. We won the first round and lost the second (to the team won won 1st place for the whole district). We ended up somewhere in the middle.

I had 4 kids qualify to go to the Bristlecone Storytelling Festival, but one couldn't make it. Jonah, Sophie, and Alex all did a great job.

Seth came back to Hummel for Take Your Child to Work Day. He worked on inventory, read to students, and helped with checkout. He did a good job and secretly loved hearing all the teachers say how big he is getting.
