Halloween 2016

Tuesday, October 25, 2016

Lex went to a Halloween Party at school. Kenadie is a cosmetology major and was able to use makeup to turn Lex and herself into cute deer.  Unfortunately, they went to the party with some hunters.

Seth and I went to the Hummel Halloween Carnival. I had class that night so we were only able to stay a short time, but Seth played a few games and we had some pizza.

Seth and I also bought each other Ghost Grams. His message to me was so sweet.

We got our pumpkins ready for Trunk-or-Treat. Cam made a poop emoji pumpkin.

Seth painted his blue and made a Pete the Cat pumpkin, to match my costume.

The kids have officially gotten too old to do a family theme for their costumes. Seth decided to be Napoleon Dynamite. Only older people knew who he was and they would ask him to do the dance from the movie.  He was too embarrassed to do it.

Cam and her friends planned to be "Modern Princesses". Cam was Snow White.

I stuck with being a book character and made this simple Pete the Cat costume.

The Las Palmas Ward had their Trunk-or-Treat a few days early.

Kade and Seth

Lex and Tristan went to the Lagoon that weekend because not much was going on in Price.

Halloween was on a Monday and our school made it a dress up day. Here is Seth with his class. I wore my Pete the Cat Costume too. The Kinders were pretty excited about it.

Cam hung out with Macy the Modern day Cinderella. They went to the Warm Springs Ward Trunk-or-Treat, then went Trick-or-Treating with a group of friends.

Seth and Joel went Trick-or-Treating around our neighborhood, then I took them to the Pirate House, which has become a tradition.

At the end of the Pirate Tour, the boys got their picture taken with Peter Pan and Tinker Bell.  The Jack Sparrow said he loved Seth's costume. I think the hair was the clincher.

Lex went to Jack's and took pics as a hula girl. Dave and I liked the mumu better.
