We were able to get Express Passes for both Universal Studios parks through the hotel. We were so excited to see The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
We saw Sirius Black's house (and took a serious picture in front of it) and The Knight Bus.
We visited the Diagon Alley part of Harry Potter World. All the shops and streets were made with such attention to detail. You felt like you were in the set of the movies.
Seth got the Elder Wand from Olivander's and we went through King's Cross Station to Platform 9 3/4. We rode the Hogwarts Express to Hogsmeade.
We ate at the 3 Broomsticks and tried some butterbeer with our lunch. We didn't love it.
After lunch we rode most of the rides in Islands of Adventure. We liked the Hulk, the Dudley Do Right log ride (where we got very wet) and the Jurassic Park ride.
Donna and Camryn returned to the hotel to get out of the heat while the rest of us went on the Transformers and Minions rides.
After showers, we met up with all the Barteks at an Italian Restaurant for lots of food and catching up.
